1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment.
After 48 hours, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.
2. Returns
Please note that custom-made products — such as Made-to-Measure Latex Catsuits or any bespoke latex garments — cannot be returned or refunded unless there are verified quality issues.
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming we have received it.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing time may vary.

6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
